URC President Barbara N. Turner featured on InsideNGO's Member Profile
Barbara N. Turner is featured in InsideNGO’s Member Profile, a blog series introducing InsideNGO staff and highlighting their work and how they manage challenges within their organizations.
For over 10 years, Barbara has served as President for both University Research Co., LLC (URC), and URC’s non-profit affiliate, Center for Human Services (CHS), overseeing more than 1000 global staff. She discusses how she is balancing her responsibilities, addressing challenges, and fostering growth and development among her teams.
Barbara also unveils organizational practices she has instituted at URC-CHS to prevent risks in fraud and corruption. She will be speaking further on the subject at the InsideNGO Annual Conference this year, on a panel titled, ‘Making Fraud and Corruption Mitigation Part of Your Organization DNA’ on July 13th at 1:15PM.
