Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Consulting Services Contract

URC works under task orders funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria to provide consulting services for operations and grants management in Southern Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean. In both regions, URC works in partnership with the Global Fund to provide grants management support, improve governance and oversight processes of the Fund’s Country Coordinating Mechanisms, and document case studies of innovative strategies and partnerships.
The Global Fund framework contract operates through task orders similar to an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). URC manages task orders by drawing upon staff experts and regionally based consultants to provide technical assistance and support, monitor task order implementation, and ensure compliance with best practices. Most task orders require URC to provide consulting services on a short-term basis.
