Technical Assistance and Support Contract (TASC3) Global Health

URC continues its work from the previous Maternal and Child Health TASC and TASC2 Global Health Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with TASC3 Global Health. TASC3 Global Health is designed to provide a worldwide rapid-procurement vehicle that supports USAID Missions and Bureaus in the implementation of their Strategic Objectives pertaining to child health, maternal health and nutrition, population, HIV/AIDS, and infectious diseases.
Assistance procured through a task order with URC can be long-term or intermittent, depending on Mission or Bureau requirements. Task orders awarded under TASC3 can extend up to 36 months beyond the end date of the contract, December 30, 2011, as long as they are awarded before that end date. Task orders are developed, awarded, and managed by the requesting unit (the USAID Mission or Bureau). The Global Health Bureau in Washington provides guidance and assistance when requested.
URC TASC3 Global Health Services:
Under TASC3 Global Health, URC is available to provide: (a) short-term technical assistance, (b) long-term technical assistance, program implementation, and performance monitoring, (c) information dissemination through seminars, workshops, conferences, and technical papers, and (d) training and study tours for host-country decision makers and technical personnel.
