This fact sheet describes University Research Co., LLC (URC)'s lessons learned from HIV Counselling and Testing (C&T) programs in Botswana, South Africa, and Swaziland. These programs have increased C&T in high risk, high volume services; routine and general health services; and in the local community. These projects are funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by URC.
