URC is a leader in the development of health care-related CD-ROM training and information dissemination products. These include easy-to-use and cost-effective computer-based tools to strengthen health services delivery, manage disease conditions, improve health worker and organizational performance, and increase access to state-of-art health training.
URC has produced anti-drug public service announcements, video news releases about youth programs, and documentaries that tell young sailors in boot camp the truth about drinking while in the Navy. Other videos have encouraged schools to understand the power of computer networking to change education, shown portraits of todays teachers, and instructed trainees in improving their communications skills.

QA Kit: Quality Assurance Theories and Tools CD-ROM was developed by the U.S. Agency for International Development Quality Assurance Project as an alternative method to build capacity in quality assurance (QA) skills and support quality improvement teams once they are operational. The QA Kit was designed for health professionals in a developing country setting and offers computerized tools and online QA training. Available in English. Tuberculosis Case Management CD-ROM, the U.S. Agency for International Development Quality Assurance Projects award-winning CD-ROM trains health workers in the latest tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis and treatment using the World Health Organizations Directly Observed Therapy Short-Course (DOTS) approach.
