Contract Overview

A URC team works on task orders awarded by the Global Fund (GF) to provide capacity building and supply chain management assistance to the recipients of GF grants. The contract is strengthening systems for procurement and supply management of pharmaceuticals and other health products.

URC Services

• Provide technical support to strengthen information systems that support logistics management 
• Strengthen forecasting and procurement planning processes
• Establish quality assurance measures to quality assurance measures to:
  1. Ensure that imported medical commodities and pharmaceutical products meet standards 
  2. Improve inventory management, distribution, and dispensation procedures
