Global

URC has always built upon our foundation of strong analytics and pragmatic solutions to meet new challenges. In response to the growing urgency of international development issues in the late 1970s and early '80s, we sought to innovate the systems we developed in the United States and adapt them to address health and social issues internationally. We won our first global project, with work in more than 30 countries, in 1983. By the end of 1985, we were working across the world, in countries as varied as Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Uruguay.

Today, our work with governments and local organizations and volunteers spans the globe as we seek to save and improve lives and empower communities to bring about positive changes to their health and social systems.
