Project for Regional Management of Health Services
Overview
The project provided support to strengthen prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted infections and emergency obstetric care. It also helped to build health workers’ capacity in quality assurance skills; trained health care staff and managers; supported the Ministry’s population office in developing a quality charter for population programs; and worked with the office of hospitals and ambulatory care to design a strategy for developing clinical care guidelines.
