Quality Improvement Initiatives at the Acid Survivors Foundation
URC developed a Quality Monitoring and Supervision System to improve case management for burn patients by advocating to the medical advisory group on quality of care, training providers and managers on the use of data for decision-making. The project team also developed a draft document on indicators and areas to conduct an annual program audit at the facility.
