While significant experience and documentation exists on effective methods for implementing demonstration collaboratives, similar documentation on effective mechanisms and processes for spread is more limited, even though favorable outcomes have been achieved through this approach. This report documents the spread strategies that QAP and the Health Care Improvement Project used in Ecuador to spread two demonstration collaboratives (2009, 14 pages).
