This provides an overview of the Primary Health Care Project in Iraq (PHCPI). PHCPI is a four-year project (2011-2015) funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and managed by URC and Management Systems International (MSI). The project‘s objectives are to strengthen management systems; improve the utilization and quality of clinical services; and to foster community involvement to increase demand for and use of PHC services.
