Overview

With six decades of experience across Southeast Asia and the Pacific, URC helps governments build accountable institutions, strengthen resilience, and expand inclusive growth—core priorities in Australia’s International Development Policy.
Our work modernizing trade systems in Timor-Leste and across ASEAN has cut clearance times, increased revenue, and improved cross-border security, directly supporting the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s (DFAT) focus on economic reform, connectivity, and regional trade. In global health, we have strengthened service delivery and health security in more than 40 countries, improving maternal and child health, expanding community-based care, and bolstering epidemic preparedness—advancing DFAT’s commitment to resilient systems and human development.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) underpins all our programs, driving evidence-based decisions, accountability, and continuous improvement.
