Improving Primary Health Care in Albania (PRO Shëndetit I & II)

Over two phases (PRO Shëndetit I & II) of the larger project, URC helped to improve health care services and increase service access and utilization. The project broadened health care reform to increase integration, access, and quality in the delivery of services by developing a primary health care model that set standards for comprehensive, integrated services for family planning, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections, tuberculosis, and other infectious diseases.
