Technical services related to development and supervision of World Bank-funded health and social sector loan projects in El Salvador and Nicaragua.

Responsible for the administrative and logistical aspects of conference for the National Conference Committee, including materials development and dissemination.

Gathered first-hand information on current and past educational efforts in the field of organ and tissue donation, to synthesize information on the effectiveness of these efforts, and to develop various alternatives for a national public and professional education project to promote organ and tissue donation. Strengthened capacity of private voluntary organizations to implement child survival strategy in the three poorest regions of the Dominican Republic.

A collaborative effort to develop practical tools to help program managers collect, process, and analyze information to strengthen management of primary health care services.

Provided administrative and logistical support and assisted with fundraising for dinner honoring distinguished physicians and scientists as well as clinical leaders who were actively involved in hypertension control efforts for the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) National High Blood Pressure Education Program.

Executed a three-phase quality assurance evaluation: assessment of existing quality assurance systems, training to implement Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and development of a written quality assurance plan for the Office of Medical Services.
