Implemented an information clearinghouse that collects and distributes career and early childhood development materials nationwide. The system was built to support the Head Start program of the United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare.

Development of agency-wide goals, assistance to neighborhood workers (in Roanoke, VA) to organize community, facilitation of communication, and orientation for the board of directors.

Overview Provided technical assistance, training, curriculum development and operated an information clearinghouse for communities developing New Careers Programs for the Bureau of Work-Training Programs, Manpower Administration.
