In support of the National Institute on Drug Abuse, generated professional development opportunities for drug abuse workers through establishment of a network of colleges and universities that grant academic credit in new and nontraditional ways.

Delivered ten regional workshops on management-oriented evaluation to delinquency prevention program directors and researchers, followed by ten replications of the workshop at the local and state levels. The goal was to improve the self-evaluation and self-monitoring capability of delinquency prevention programs within Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, National Institute of Juvenile Justice, and Delinquency Prevention departments.
