Designed and implemented family planning program evaluations.

Directed major national technical assistance and training project to assist schools and communities in reducing and preventing school violence and vandalism. The project was implemented for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.

Trained national workforce responsible for managing drug treatment programs and provided counseling and services to program clients for the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

Operation of educational facility to develop formal child support enforcement curriculum to train federal, state, and local professionals in program and administration for the Office of Child Support Enforcement.

Technical assistance and training to housing rehabilitation professionals, neighborhood development, and nonprofit organizations to improve capacity to implement local housing rehabilitation programs.

Offered state and local jurisdictions the opportunity to learn about improved criminal justice procedures to bring about adoption of improved courts, corrections, and police practices. This project was implemented for the National Institute of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Assistance Administration.

Accessibility to criminal justice research for officials and government personnel to help criminal justice improvement efforts for the National Institute of Justice.

To influence crime control and criminal justice improvement efforts as well as map out future research strategies, URC made research and evaluation results accessible to criminal justice officials, other government executives, community leaders, and researchers. This project was implemented for the Office of Development, Testing, and Dissemination, National Institute of Justice.

In support of the National Institute on Drug Abuse, generated professional development opportunities for drug abuse workers through establishment of a network of colleges and universities that grant academic credit in new and nontraditional ways.

Delivered ten regional workshops on management-oriented evaluation to delinquency prevention program directors and researchers, followed by ten replications of the workshop at the local and state levels. The goal was to improve the self-evaluation and self-monitoring capability of delinquency prevention programs within Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, National Institute of Juvenile Justice, and Delinquency Prevention departments.
